Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of field sales experience OR Bachelor's degree+1 year field sales experience and a valid driver's license.
• Master's degree in Business is a plus; experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Abrasives Systems Division sales forecast and drive growth initiatives in Southern California (Orange County and parts of LA County).
• Develop customers and application processes to grow the Abrasives & Tools portfolio and deliver cost savings.
• Conduct product demos, lead business reviews, and perform daily account management in Salesforce.com.
