The position supports company-wide initiatives and may require up to 20–40% domestic travel. A valid driver’s license and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with relocation assistance potentially available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid Driver’s license.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 20–40%.
• Industrial field sales experience or account management preferred.
• Experience with multi-location accounts and executive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales and develop strategies for Abrasives product lines.
• Work cross-functionally with other business disciplines.
• Manage a sales territory to drive ASD growth.
• Implement and execute business priorities.
• Deliver forecast attainment and CRM execution.
• Daily account management using Salesforce.com.
• Engage channel, end-users and key accounts with calls and meetings.
• Prepare/product demos at distributor partners and end-user locations.
• Collaborate with 3M support network to maximize partnerships.
