United Abrasives, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage all sales and business development activities within Southern California, with on-site responsibilities in Riverside.

You will listen to customers, solve problems, and build lasting relationships while growing your earning potential. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of industrial sales experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, woodworking or power tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industrial distribution practices and trends.
• Knowledge of welding, metal fabricating, woodworking, and power tools is helpful.
• Military background is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-user sales through multiple distribution channels.
• Uncover new sales opportunities and convert them into customers.
• Demonstrate products to end users emphasizing the financial impact of improved performance, safety, and quality.
• Manage and consistently update sales leads to track progress.
• Effective management of end-users and distributors with high quality follow through ensuring territory growth objectives are achieved.
• Overnight travel required (access to transportation and a valid driver’s license required).
