Job summary

Akkadian Labs is seeking a senior Marketing leader to drive ABM and partner-led demand generation across enterprise channels. You will build scalable campaigns with authorized resellers and integration partners, while owning data-quality, attribution, and ROI.

The role emphasizes analytics, AI-enabled content, and KPI-driven growth. Ideal candidates will have a track record scaling revenue in B2B SaaS, deep HubSpot experience, and strong collaboration with sales to optimize the funnel from ICP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with partner-led demand generation.
• Proven track record building partner co-marketing programs that generate measurable revenue.
• Experience running ABM, paid search/social, and lifecycle email programs with data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestrated account-based and partner-based campaigns across channels.
• Lead multi-channel demand generation marketing (SEM, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, affiliates).
• Maintain ICP criteria and tiered account prioritization; map buying committees and engage stakeholders.
• Develop and report on KPIs: CAC, pipeline, MQL velocity, and revenue impact.
