Job summary

RemodelBoom seeks an experienced outbound sales professional to identify, engage, and close opportunities with high-value home improvement companies across the U.S., using thoughtful, account-based selling rather than mass outreach.

You will run discovery calls, move opportunities through the CRM, and engage founders and senior decision-makers. This fully remote role offers a base salary of $100k/year with an OTE of $180k/year and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years in outbound sales, strategic partnerships, account executive, or ABM-style roles
• Experience with named accounts or defined target lists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable running prospecting and early sales conversations

Responsibilities

• Researching and prioritizing accounts within our target market
• Running personalized outreach across channels (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, cold calls)
• Getting in front of founders, owners, and senior decision-makers
• Running discovery calls and progressing deals through the sales process
• Managing opportunities in the CRM and tracking performance metrics
• Continuously testing new approaches to break into accounts
