Job summary

CareDx in Miami seeks an Abdominal Transplant Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of the transplant diagnostics portfolio, focusing on abdominal programs in transplant centers and nephrology accounts.

You will collaborate with CAM, SAM, clinical liaisons, and MSLs to develop account strategies, manage pipelines, and deliver patient-centric solutions. Remote US roles; base salary 230k–260k USD with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare
• Experience selling into hospitals and health systems, navigating multiple stakeholder levels
• Proven ability to develop effective account strategies that maximize outcomes in a matrixed org
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or greater, including day trips, overnight travel, and some weekend conferences
• Willing to be in the field and customer facing a minimum of 4 days per week
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools like PowerBI
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab highly preferred
• Deep clinical knowledge of abdominal transplant strongly preferred
• Healthcare Market Understanding and Territory Planning to align needs with CareDx products
• Analytics and Insight Generation to inform decision making and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of account needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell CareDx products
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and market share
• Maintain product knowledge and clinical/technical proficiency to support customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline and provide regional performance insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions addressing customer needs
