Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist Trainer to mentor new technicians and lead remote ABA training cohorts from our growing program. You’ll onboard hires, create a welcoming first experience, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure high-quality services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with home centers, tracking training progress, and contributing feedback to leadership to evolve training programs. A bachelor’s in psychology/ABA and 1+ year experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA).
• Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills.
• Meets background, TB, and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts
• Mentor new hires through onboarding
• Create an engaging, positive first experience
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching
• Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness
