ABA360 is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in client homes and community settings. You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and recording progress with electronic devices.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor, with no experience required. Start time is part-time, with a typical after-school schedule and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encourage taking the 40-hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
• Typical schedule after school hours during the week; additional weekend hours available.
