Job summary

Therapy Smarts in North Carolina is seeking a leader and an experienced Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. This remote role requires an active NCTracks enrollment, NC licensure, and BCBA certification, with 3+ years of ABA experience for children and adolescents.

You will design and supervise comprehensive ABA and parent-training programs, oversee clinic operations, mentor the Autism Service Team, and collaborate with colleagues across clinics,

Qualifications

• Active NC Medicaid NCTracks enrollment is required.
• Licensed by the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience with children/adolescents.
• 1 year BT/RBT supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience training, mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive setting preferred.
• Self-motivated, initiative-taker with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with other team members.
