Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist Trainer in Oxnard, CA, to welcome, train, and mentor new Behavior Interventionists, helping them feel confident, supported, and ready to deliver high-quality ABA services.

You will lead live, remote training cohorts, mentor onboarding, and create a positive first experience while providing real-time feedback and coaching. Join a supportive team focused on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA).
• Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills.
• Meets background, TB, and employment requirements.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding.
• Create an engaging, positive first experience.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness.
• Track training completion and engagement.
• Share performance feedback with leadership.
• Help improve and evolve our training programs.
