360 Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist Trainer to lead live, remote ABA training cohorts and mentor new BTs from onboarding onward. You will shape the first experience for new hires, deliver real-time coaching, and collaborate with home centers to align scheduling and readiness, ensuring high-quality ABA services.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing program improvement within a supportive team culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Interventionist (ABA).
• Strong ABA knowledge and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, remote ABA training cohorts.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding.
• Create an engaging, positive first experience.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Partner with home centers on scheduling and readiness.
