• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

Preferred

• Direct ABA recruiting experience is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and other ABA professionals.
• Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or hands‑on ABA field experience strongly preferred. We value candidates who understand the demands of the role because they’ve worked in the field themselves.
• In‑depth knowledge of ABA terminology, credentialing, and licensure requirements, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certifications.
• Experience recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑volume healthcare or behavioral health environment.
