Job summary

Dashi Rivers Autism Care is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage end-to-end billing for ABA services in a part-time, remote role. You’ll ensure accurate claims, credentialing, and timely receivables while supporting our clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical billing experience, with ABA or behavioral health background.
• Strong CPT code knowledge and payer rules.
• Credentialing experience with insurance contracts and independent remote work.
• Proficiency with Medicaid and commercial insurance billing.
• Experience with EHRs and ABA-specific platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Billing and claims for ABA services with Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Submit, track, and resolve claims with billing follow-up.
• Post payments, adjustments, and maintain Billing records.
• Generate reports on Billing performance and trends.
• Lead provider credentialing and re-credentialing efficiently.
• Monitor patient balances, invoices, and collections.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliant Billing with ABA requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical documentation to ensure timely Billing.
