Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA or behavioral health billing experience.
• Extensive experience with ABA CPT codes, unit-based billing, and payer rules.
• Experience billing Medicaid and commercial insurers.
• Experience with denials and appeals to overturn decisions.
• Experience managing a clearinghouse and posting remittances.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle from session to final payment.
• Code, review charges, and validate ICD-10 per payer.
• Submit clean claims within two business days.
• Oversee clearinghouse, enrollments, and rejections.
• Post remittances and reconcile to bank deposits.
• Handle denials, prepare appeals, and track outcomes.
• Manage accounts receivable and aging reductions.
• Lead system migrations and fee schedule setups.
• Generate revenue reports and monitor KPIs.
