Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical billing experience, ABA or behavioral health preferred.
• Credentialing and insurance contracting knowledge.
• Experience with Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Strong CPT code knowledge and payer rules.
• Remote work capability with strong self-management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Billing and claims for ABA services.
• Submit, track, and resolve claims with follow-up.
• Post payments and adjustments; maintain billing docs.
• Generate reports on Billing performance and trends.
• Lead credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Monitor patient balances, invoices and collections.
• Conduct audits for compliant Billing with ABA rules.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate documentation.
