Giving Growth Therapy ABA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee remote scheduling and coordination for in-home ABA sessions while residing in North Carolina. The role collaborates with technicians, clinical staff, and families to ensure timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience with CentralReach and a background in ABA settings. This position offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina and be able to work remotely.
• Experience using CentralReach is required.
• Prior ABA field experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience as an RBT/ABA admin coordinator is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology, service structures, and scheduling workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with parents, technicians, and clinical staff.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technician schedules for in-home ABA sessions.
• Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with families.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding scheduling and service updates.
• Work closely with behavior technicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist with authorization tracking and scheduling changes related to insurance approvals.
• Support administrative and operational workflows across the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling information within the CentralReach system.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Assist with general operations and team coordination as needed.
