Giving Growth Therapy is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate in-home ABA scheduling remotely. You will work with families, technicians, and clinical staff to ensure timely sessions and insurance-related changes. This role requires NC residency and prior CentralReach experience.

The position offers full-time or part-time options in a fully remote setup, with growth potential within a growing ABA organization and a flexible support system for remote work.

Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina.
• Experience using CentralReach system required.
• Prior experience in the ABA field preferred.
• Experience as an RBT/behavior technician or ABA admin coordinator preferred.
• Understanding ABA terminology, service structures, and scheduling workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with parents, technicians and clinical staff.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Operations Manager

Location: Fully Remote (Must Reside in North Carolina)

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

Compensation: Starting at $25/hour

Industry: At-Home ABA Therapy Services with expansion into Clinic in the Clayton Area.

About Us

We are a growing at-home ABA therapy company dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate services to children and families throughout North Carolina. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and ABA-experienced Operations Manager to support our clinical and administrative operations remotely.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the day-to-day flow of ABA services, has experience working with behavior technicians and families, and is comfortable managing scheduling, authorization updates, and operational coordination within the CentralReach system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technician schedules for in-home ABA sessions
• Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with families
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding scheduling and service updates
• Work closely with behavior technicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assist with authorization tracking and scheduling changes related to insurance approvals
• Support administrative and operational workflows across the organization
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling information within the CentralReach system
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help ensure adequate staffing coverage
• Assist with general operations and team coordination as needed
