Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites you to join as a Behavior Specialist, delivering ABA-based activities to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote-friendly setting.

You’ll work with families in homes, centers, or community settings, guided by clinical leaders. The role includes paid training, a clear growth path, and tuition reimbursement to support your career journey.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual Experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client.
