Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support children in remote ABA sessions, building communication and social skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You will follow plans set by clinical leaders, bringing energy and compassion to each session, whether at home, in a center, or in the community.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and pathways for career growth, plus a tuition reimbursement program to help you advance your degree.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Vaccinations required (MMR, Varicella, COVID).

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment.
• Engage with kids and families in sessions at home or in community settings.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
