Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social and life skills through ABA, at home, in our centers, or in the community. You will follow personalized plans, bring energy and compassion to every session, and grow with paid training, coaching, and mapped career milestones in a flexible, on‑the‑go role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) where mandated.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Ability to complete training and documentation.
