Job summary

Real-Time Innovations is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Aerospace & Defense in the EMEA region. Drive growth by partnering with Account Managers, delivering compelling RTI technology demonstrations, and supporting technical proposals.

This role requires extensive travel (20–40%) and on-site collaboration with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in A&D, strong C/C++ and networking skills, and a BS (MS preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Aerospace & Defense in a technical role.
• Ability to travel ~20–40% and work on-site as required.
• EU Citizenship due to security and data access protocols.
• B.S. or higher in a technical field; MS preferred.
• Strong OS networking and software development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling presentations conveying RTI technology value.
• Lead PoC engagements and build demos using RTI products.
• Support proposals and respond to RFP/RFQ with customer needs in mind.
• Coordinate with Product Management on EMEA requirements.
• Attend events and manage booths to raise product awareness.
