Job summary

Crisis Connections is hiring a 988 Clinical Supervisor to lead frontline crisis responders serving King County and Washington State. This remote, full-time role requires a licensed or license-eligible mental health professional and offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a mission-driven environment.

The supervisor will guide staff during real-time crises, ensure quality assurance, and collaborate with clinical leaders to provide timely, compassionate care to callers in vulnerable moments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Professional in WA.
• AAC credential required by end of probation.
• Experience supporting individuals in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support crisis line staff and volunteers.
• Provide clinical guidance during real-time crisis situations.
• Support daily operations in a 24/7 crisis contact center.
• Train staff on best practices, policies, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Monitor call and performance trends to ensure quality and consistency.
• Partner with internal leaders and external behavioral health providers.
