You will learn the full process, from document review to 5500 filing preparation, with accelerated training and practical experience. This role emphasizes client education and accurate government filings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Complete 401(k) testing and reporting with software.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration.
