Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Customer service, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Adequate math and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and reporting with software.
• Make reminder calls and send emails to clients during the plan year.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings and related documents.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration and documents.
