Optio Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced 3rd Party Collections Representative to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on contacting consumers, negotiating payment arrangements, and documenting activity while complying with laws and client guidelines.

This remote position offers $17.00 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities, requires at least one year in third-party debt collection, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements and work toward account resolution.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts.
• Clearly explain account information, payment options, and available resolution opportunities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within client and company guidelines.
