Optio Solutions, LLC is seeking a remote 3rd Party Collections Representative. The role requires at least 1 year of third-party debt collection experience and strong negotiation and communication skills. You will work from home, handling past-due accounts and documenting all activity with accuracy.

The position offers $17.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, with employment in a fully remote setup across eligible states.

• Accurately document collection activity and consumer communications.
• Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Meet individual and team performance expectations.
• Protect confidential consumer and account information.
• Maintain consistent productivity, attendance, and professionalism while working remotely.
