SSM Health seeks a 340B Program Manager to lead oversight, compliance, optimization, and strategic growth of the 340B program across the organization. You will collaborate with pharmacy leaders, clinical teams, finance, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure program integrity and operational excellence while enabling access to care in a fully remote role.

The role emphasizes procurement and 340B program experience, proficiency in Excel, and collaboration with contracted pharmacies and HRSA

Formación

• Significant pharmacy procurement experience is required.
• Significant 340B program experience is required.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required, with emphasis on Excel. Experience with Epic is considered helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains integrity of the 340B split-billing software and reviews reports for optimization.
• Coordinates with pharmacy and informatics to integrate clinical IT systems with 340B programs.
• Implements new registrations and manages day-to-day procurement, billing, and inventory in compliance with policies.
• Ensures HRSA 340B OPAIS data accuracy for covered entities.
• Oversees audits by external auditors and coordinates remediation plans.
• Maintains central repository of fully executed 340B contracts.
