Job summary

Pillar Health is seeking a 340B Client Success Manager to cultivate key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. You will ensure clients derive maximum value from Pillr Health software, align services with business goals, and drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in client management within a software delivery model, strong Excel and CRM skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in client relationship management or account strategy in a software delivery model.
• Ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver outcomes through technology.
• Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas).
• Travel willingness for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with key client stakeholders to align objectives with software solutions.
• Manage client accounts in Salesforce, document interactions and contacts, provide training.
• Foster long-term client retention and regularly assess satisfaction and risks.
• Advocate for the client voice to influence product and service enhancements.
• Identify issues and coordinate with support teams to improve delivery.
