Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Client Operations Lead to partner with Customer Success, delivering measurable client outcomes through execution and 340B subject matter expertise. You will manage implementations, drive adoption, and optimize solutions like nuReferrals powered by par8o.

You will surface insights, coordinate cross-functionally, and translate client objectives into actionable workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for a portfolio of healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or operational role within healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery environments such as FQHCs, health systems, or pharmacy operations.
• Working knowledge of the 340B program and how it drives operational and financial outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and effective communication across a range of stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data and using it to identify issues and opportunities.
• Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure consistent execution across client workflows and operational processes.
• Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations grounded in data.
• Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement and risk indicators.
