Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll functions for 4000+ employees across 125 FEINs in ADP Workforce Now.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure payroll integration.
• Resolve payroll issues within 48 business hours.
• Stay up to date with US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Develop relationships with payroll vendors and ensure smooth operation of payroll systems.
• Assist in analysis and implementation of new payroll systems and procedures.
