Pathward is seeking a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II to execute the 2LoD QA program across BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud. You will review casework, oversee risk-based decisions, and provide credible challenge to strengthen governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
• 3–5+ years of Financial Crimes experience with 2LoD oversight or QA/testing
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations

Responsibilities

• QA Review Execution: review 2LoD casework, memos, and decisions for accuracy, risk-based judgments, and alignment with standards and regulations
• Issue Management & Reporting: document QA findings, assign severity, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Stakeholder Engagement & Credible Challenge: provide independent challenge, support regulatory exams, and demonstrate QA rigor
