Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of Financial Crimes experience in AML, sanctions, or fraud.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute QA reviews of 2LoD casework, memos, and decisions for accuracy and risk alignment.
• Perform horizontal reviews to identify systemic weaknesses and trends in oversight.
• Document QA findings with gaps, root causes, and remediation status.
