Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I to execute the QA program across 2LoD AML, Sanctions, and Fraud. This role emphasizes consistency, regulatory alignment, and credible challenge within Compliance.

You will perform detailed QA reviews, drive insights to strengthen oversight, and engage stakeholders to improve governance. The role offers remote work with hybrid office locations nationwide and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Risk
• 2+ years of Financial Crimes experience in AML/Sanctions/Fraud
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions requirements
• Experience in 2LoD or QA roles

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA reviews of 2LoD casework, memos, and decisions for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct horizontal reviews across 2LoD outputs to identify systemic weaknesses
• Document QA findings with clear articulation of gaps and remediation
• Provide independent challenge and engage stakeholders to strengthen 2LoD governance
