Job summary

This TEKsystems contract role is based out of Reston, VA and supports a 24x7x365 end-user help desk for 25k+ internal users. The role covers phone, email, and chat-based resolutions for a range of IT issues including VPN, M365, Outlook/Exchange, and AD account management.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, experience with Active Directory and Office 365, and be eligible for a Public Trust clearance in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 1 IT support via phone, email and chat.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and password resets.
• Eligible for Public Trust level clearance in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line end-user support for 25k+ users via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve issues related to network connectivity, VPN, M365 and Outlook/Exchange.
• Create and manage AD accounts, password resets and relevant troubleshooting.
• Work in a 24x7x365 operation with flexible shift schedules.
