Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks a remote 24-hour shift coordinator in the United States, with weekend coverage Friday 5 PM to Sunday 5 PM. You will answer calls, schedule shifts in the EMR system, and coordinate with clients and staff to ensure coverage.

Training occurs at the headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI, and you must remain reachable during full shift windows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Preferred background in Medical, Call Center, or Emergency Medical Services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure roles.
• Professional communication and digital tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and return missed calls within 10 minutes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, field staff, CSMs, and Operational Directors.
• Fill shifts strategically while managing margins and minimizing overtime.
• Assist staff with basic tablet issues and submit IT support tickets when necessary.
• Schedule or update shifts in the EMR system.
