Job summary

Palomar Health seeks a Call Center Operator to manage the daily operations of its 24/7 call center remotely in the United States. You will handle information requests, route calls, trigger codes and alarms, and record messages in the master client directory and database.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, along with experience with MS Windows and common office software (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). A High School Diploma and 1–2 years PBX experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Speak and read English at a level sufficient for essential functions.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma, with appropriate education/experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years PBX experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the 24/7 call center.
• Provide information, direct calls, and log messages in the database.
• Operate and document codes and alarms per client information.
