Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Application Support Associate - Level 1 on a 6+ month contract (remote, US). The role focuses on setup and support of AV equipment, troubleshooting, and ticket-based IT support for national deployments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years IT experience, 5 years in customer service, and familiarity with Intune, Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure. High school diploma required; IT certs welcome.

• Any applicable IT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems including displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing endpoints.
• Answer technical support issues and work on tickets.
• Assist with the distribution of hardware across the country.
• Provide proactive customer service and support changes or enhancements to documentation standards.
