The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in education, has 2+ years of K-6 teaching experience, and is tech-savvy with a reliable laptop and quiet workspace. Hours fall between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CT, part-time, with 5-15 hours weekly.
