Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician for our Greenville, SC team. You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff to perform home service work safely and efficiently.

The role requires attention to detail, prior experience in residential remodeling or carpentry, and a valid driver's license. A smartphone and two-factor logins are required to access company systems.

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's windows, doors, showers or baths in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
