Model Remodel, a Seattle-based general contractor focused on remodeling and sustainability, is seeking a Small Jobs Division Sales Associate (internally titled Client Services Representative/CSR). You’ll manage the sales process from first contact through project handoff for residential small projects.

The role requires 5+ years in remodeling sales and a track record in estimating, contracts, and closing sales. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/remodeling experience and 5+ years in remodeling sales.
• Proven track record in estimating, contract preparation, and closing sales.
• Strong knowledge of building practices, methods, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional and client-first mindset with focus on craftsmanship and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for small projects from lead response to contracts.
• Serve as main client contact ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate contracts with defined scope, exclusions, and assumptions.
• Partner with internal teams and subcontractors for handoff to production.
• Represent Model Remodel at trade shows and industry events.
