ScaleHouse Talent is seeking a Sales Representative to own the customer experience from the initial appointment through project completion for a remodeling company serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia since 2003.

You will meet homeowners, conduct consultations, close during a second visit, and stay involved through installation to ensure a successful project. Expect top earners around $150K+ with a strong support system.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their remodeling needs.
• Conduct the initial consultation and build a strong relationship with the homeowner.
• Return for a second visit to present the project and close the sale.
• Manage the customer relationship throughout the project.
• Stay involved through installation to ensure the project is completed successfully.
