Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction/remodeling.
• 5 years of experience estimating, selling, and closing big-ticket projects in home remodeling/construction.
• Green/sustainable building experience a plus.
• Professional conduct and mutual respect at all times.

Responsibilities

• Sell Model Remodel services to meet client needs and company targets.
• Ensure client satisfaction and aim for referrals at project completion.
• Coordinate with designers, team manager, and production for a smooth hand-off from sales to production.
• Maintain knowledge of building practices, costing, and drawings.
