Job summary

Model Remodel is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Seattle to oversee multiple remodeling projects from inception through completion. You will monitor costs, generate financial reports, negotiate subcontractor contracts, assist with procurement, and manage invoices and schedules while ensuring open communication among all project participants.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, collaboration, and professionalism, with experience using PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in remodeling or construction.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Ability to monitor costs, schedules and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from inception to completion.
• Track budget, generate financial reports and manage schedules.
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts and assist with procurement.
• Provide regular client meeting reports and project status updates.
