Job summary

Artisan Building and Remodeling is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee logistics, scheduling, and workflow of remodeling projects. You will coordinate crews, track progress, and ensure clear communication with customers, suppliers, and the project team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with experience in construction coordination and proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination, project management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate jobs, materials, and crews.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Track project timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
• Keep detailed records of project progress and material use.
• Assist with job site coordination and quality control.
