Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations for a ~15-person home improvement team with over $4M in revenue in its first full year. The role covers sales leadership, installation oversight, and P&L responsibility, reporting to senior leadership and shaping a growing, franchising-driven business.

• Experience in general management or multi-department leadership in home improvement or franchising.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, field service management, and project delivery.
• Financial acumen with budget, margins, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Manage and support the sales team to meet monthly revenue goals; monitor close rates and conversions; coach on consultative selling.
• Installation & Production Oversight: Oversee installation activities; lead production meetings; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Financial & Operational Management: Own the P&L; manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control; analyze KPIs and drive profitability.
• Customer Experience: Ensure world-class service from first consultation to final walkthrough; handle escalations.
• Project Management: Oversee scheduling, logistics, and job timelines; coordinate across teams; mitigate delays and changes.
• Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and develop talent; build accountability and performance; conduct reviews.
