Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will travel to project sites nationwide, working primarily overnight shifts, and contribute to a culture that promotes from within. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, including remodels and new store builds.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and communicate plans/obstacles to stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites across the US and collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations.
