Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality standards.

You will partner with store leaders, supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and travel frequently to project sites. Overnight shifts and up to 1000 miles travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles; overnight stays may be required.
