Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultant in Scottsdale, AZ to develop relationships with contractors, remodelers, replacement companies, select builders and homeowners. You will drive high-volume, profitable sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will present Marvin and other brands, read blueprints, quote, and order products for remodeling and residential projects, while maintaining strong product knowledge and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Two to four years of sales, customer service, construction-related, or general business experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door products is preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business plan that will establish sales goals, activity targets, and account acquisitions strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with remodel contractors, replacement companies, select builders, homeowners, and other trade professionals to achieve sales objectives.
• Regularly visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active new projects and accounts in your area.
• Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including product application, sales, cross departmental support and resolution of customer concerns, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Promote and expand awareness of the Marvin product line and other represented manufacturers while maintaining current knowledge of trends, projects, and developments within the architectural, construction, and remodeling communities.
