Commerce Bank is seeking a Remittance Processor III for the 2nd shift in Kansas City, MO. This role supports Lockbox remittance processing, handling payments, PHI, and PCI-compliant workflows with high accuracy.

You will perform quality checks, operate scanners, enter data, and assist with process improvements while meeting deadlines and compliance standards. A high school diploma and 2+ years in payment processing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of payment processing or related experience in production environment.
• Ability to learn systems used within the department.
• Follows HIPAA, PCI and processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on outbound mail and basic troubleshooting.
• Operate high/low speed scanning equipment with accuracy.
• Monitor workflow and meet deadlines for deposits and data transmission.
• Data entry for scanned images and field validation.
• Process PHI and card payments in compliance with policies and regulations.
