Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lockbox Processor in Itasca, IL, within the AR Advantage Operations group. The role runs Sun–Thu, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, with Fri and Sat off, in-office. Base salary ranges from $33,000 to $55,000 and is incentive eligible based on performance and location.

Responsibilities include extracting remittances, processing and reconciling transactions, ensuring resource availability, providing workflow feedback, and verifying accuracy against SOPs and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and reconciliation skills.
• Familiar with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ability to review and verify transactions for accuracy.
• In lieu of degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures. Responsible for maintaining specific productivity and quality levels.
• Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
• Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
